This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to use of the LeenOps website, product platform, APIs, agent workflows, integrations, and hosted systems.
LeenOps is a B2B SaaS platform for AI agent operations. The public website and product are not adult-content services, gambling services, malware services, phishing services, or unsafe download services.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use LeenOps to create, store, transmit, publish, or facilitate:

| IP infringement | Pirated content, unauthorized software, copyright or trademark infringement |
2. Prohibited technical activity
You may not use LeenOps to:
- Gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Scan, attack, overload, or disrupt third-party services.
- Run credential stuffing, password spraying, or account takeover workflows.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Scrape data in violation of law or third-party terms.
- Evade rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
- Mine cryptocurrency or operate botnets.
- Build workflows designed primarily for surveillance, doxxing, or intimidation.
3. AI agent restrictions
AI agents must be configured with appropriate permissions, review points, and data boundaries.
Customers may not instruct agents to bypass authentication, ignore laws, exfiltrate data, hide activity, impersonate humans deceptively, or perform actions the customer is not authorized to perform.
4. Regulated and high-impact uses
LeenOps is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, security, employment, or compliance advice. Customers using the Service in regulated or high-impact contexts must implement human review and appropriate controls.
5. Enforcement
LeenOps may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable workflows, suspend users, suspend workspaces, block traffic, or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, customers, third parties, or the public.
Where legally required or necessary to prevent harm, LeenOps may report activity to appropriate authorities.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse, unsafe content, phishing, malware, or misclassification concerns to hello@leenops.com.
Include the relevant URL, workspace context if available, and a short description of the issue.
