This Privacy Policy explains how LeenOps handles personal data when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, use the platform, or interact with support.
This policy is written for business users and organizations evaluating or using LeenOps. It should be read together with the Data Processing Addendum, Subprocessor List, and Cookie Policy.
1. Data controller and contact
For the public website, sales, support, and account administration, LeenOps acts as a data controller.
For customer workspace content processed inside the platform on behalf of a customer, LeenOps generally acts as a processor or service provider, and the customer acts as controller.

3. How we use information
LeenOps uses information to:
- Provide and secure the Service.
- Authenticate users and manage workspace access.
- Run AI agent workflows requested by customers.
- Store and display reports, approvals, logs, and operational history.
- Respond to sales, support, privacy, and security requests.
- Improve reliability, usability, and product performance.
- Monitor abuse, fraud, spam, and security events.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, LeenOps relies on the following legal bases:

5. AI providers and model processing
LeenOps may process customer content through AI model providers when customers configure or run agent workflows. If customers connect their own model-provider API keys, the selected provider may process data under that customer's provider agreement.
Customers should not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, or confidential third-party data unless they have assessed and approved the workflow, provider, and access controls.
6. Sharing information
LeenOps does not sell personal data. We share information with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Authentication, database, logging, analytics, and monitoring providers.
- AI model providers selected or configured for product workflows.
- Payment, tax, and billing providers.
- Support and communication tools.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or courts where legally required.
The current vendor list is maintained in the Subprocessor List.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, LeenOps uses recognized transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, or equivalent mechanisms.
8. Retention
Retention depends on data type and customer configuration.

For workspace data, requests should normally be directed to the organization that controls the workspace. LeenOps will assist customers with valid data-subject requests where required.
10. Security
LeenOps uses technical and organizational safeguards described in the Security Policy, including HTTPS, access controls, separation of public and authenticated routes, and operational review practices.
11. Children
LeenOps is business software and is not directed to children. The Service must not be used to collect or process children's personal data without a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
