These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LeenOps website, public materials, and AI agent operations platform ("Service"). By using LeenOps, creating an account, or accessing a workspace, you agree to these Terms.
If you use LeenOps on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If a signed agreement, order form, or data processing addendum conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer.
1. About LeenOps
LeenOps provides business software for deploying, governing, monitoring, and reviewing AI agents across business teams such as engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and customer support.
The public website is informational. The authenticated product console provides workspace, agent, reporting, approval, knowledge-base, and integration features.
2. Accounts and workspace access
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials secure.
- Assigning appropriate user roles and permissions.
- Reviewing agent access to connected systems.
- Ensuring that workspace users comply with these Terms.
- Promptly notifying LeenOps of suspected unauthorized access.
LeenOps may suspend or restrict access when activity creates security, legal, operational, or platform-abuse risk.
3. Customer data and instructions
Customers are responsible for the prompts, files, knowledge-base content, API keys, third-party systems, and instructions they provide to LeenOps.
Customers must have all necessary rights and permissions to submit data to the Service and to connect third-party tools. LeenOps does not claim ownership of customer workspace content.
4. AI outputs and human review
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular use. LeenOps is designed to support operational review, but customers remain responsible for reviewing agent outputs before relying on them.
Customers should not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, security, hiring, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Use of LeenOps must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. The Service may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, spam, credential theft, harassment, exploitation, adult content distribution, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
6. Third-party services
LeenOps may integrate with third-party platforms, model providers, APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, and business applications. Customers are responsible for complying with third-party terms that apply to the systems they connect.
LeenOps is not responsible for third-party service outages, model behavior, pricing changes, data handling, or feature changes outside LeenOps' control.
7. Bring-your-own-key model access
LeenOps may allow customers to connect their own model-provider API keys. Customers are responsible for the providers they choose, the permissions granted, the costs incurred, and the data sent to those providers.
API keys and secrets must be handled through approved product settings and must not be sent through public contact forms, email screenshots, or support messages unless explicitly requested through a secure process.
8. Fees and billing
Pricing, billing periods, included usage, overage terms, and cancellation rights are described in the applicable order form, pricing page, checkout flow, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy or required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
LeenOps and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, designs, documentation, workflows, templates, trademarks, and underlying technology.
Customers retain rights in their own data and content. LeenOps receives the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, and display customer content to provide the Service.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Security
LeenOps maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards described in the Security Policy. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for configuring access controls, connected accounts, API keys, workspace permissions, and review workflows appropriately.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless a written agreement states otherwise. LeenOps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeenOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, LeenOps' aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
LeenOps may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated through the Service. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Contact
