This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how LeenOps handles cancellations, renewals, trials, refunds, and billing corrections.
If a signed agreement or order form contains different billing terms, that signed agreement controls.
1. Subscription cancellations
Customers may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation controls available in the product, billing portal, or written agreement.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement.
2. Trials and free tiers
LeenOps may offer free tiers, trials, or promotional access. Trial terms may vary by offer and may be changed or withdrawn.
Customers are responsible for cancelling before a paid renewal begins if the trial or offer requires payment after the trial period.
3. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
- Usage-based charges, model-provider charges, overages, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
- Setup, onboarding, consulting, or professional-services fees are non-refundable after work begins.
- Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, billing errors, or legal requirements.
4. Billing corrections
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact LeenOps promptly at hello@leenops.com with the invoice number, account email, and a description of the issue.
LeenOps will review billing correction requests in good faith.
5. Plan changes
Plan upgrades, downgrades, team add-ons, or usage changes may affect future billing. Proration depends on the billing system, plan terms, and order form.
Downgrading may reduce access to features, usage limits, storage, agents, or support.
6. Non-payment
LeenOps may suspend or restrict access for non-payment after reasonable notice where practical. Customers remain responsible for amounts due.
7. Data after cancellation
After cancellation or termination, workspace access and data retention may be limited. Customers should export needed data before cancelling where product export is available.
Some records may be retained for security, tax, accounting, legal, or audit purposes.
